Upon approval of the designs, we commence full-scale production, meticulously crafting each part to highly specific tolerances. All manufacturing is proudly completed in our Whitby, Ontario facility, where we oversee every aspect of the process to ensure no detail is overlooked. We initiate the design process by either receiving the specifications of the existing space or by visiting your site for a detailed assessment and measurements. From this information, we develop a comprehensive technical drawing that aligns with achieving the most efficient elevator/lift design for your specific needs, along with a detailed estimate. Our design process includes the opportunity to customize any detail to enhance the capability and efficiency of your lift for your specific requirements.

The installation timeline varies based on the project's scope and complexity. Our projects range from less than one day for small projects to six months for complex undertakings. Our highly skilled mechanics perform their duties with precision at every stage of the process.

After completing the manufacturing process, we proceed with the installation, assuming the site is prepared. Throughout this process, we rigorously test and fine-tune the equipment to ensure every component performs flawlessly. Our lifts undergo extensive testing to guarantee longevity. Upon completion, we conduct an inspection with the local regulatory authority for full approval.
